Come be a part of the growing community of Historical downtown Leslie, AR. A 22’3″ x 57′ commercial building is waiting for someone to come and make it what they want. A new roof and gutters have been put on; the brick along the front top and sides have been re-layered and tuck-pointed. Much of the interior walls have been re-plastered. The back rock wall was completely taken down and about 1/4 of it was replaced with rock. The remaining 3/4 of the wall was framed up with 2×6′s and new windows and a door were put in. New metal siding was put on the outside of the back wall. Large native stones were used to strengthen the foundation at the back and a large set of stone steps were put in place. The small yard in the back was reworked and grass put in. On the inside of the building, new insulation has been put in on two walls and the ceiling. The new ceiling is being covered with metal. The building has been completely re-wired. Up in the attic, the walls have been re-plastered from front to back. With the high ceiling, another floor can be put in place.
