This property has everything you need to become self-sufficient. It has a few small pastures. One is down below where the deer and other wildlife like to hang out. There is also a spring- fed pond down on the lower level along with some real nice woods. It also has two good pastures at the top along the road.  There is electric and rural water available. One pasture along the road has a well; the owner said they heard running water when they got down about 36′ deep.
